A handover act documents handing products or equipment to the customer: parties, lines, signatures, PDF, and optionally invoice and stock movement.
How to open: Field service → Acts
Often easier: open a work sheet → Create handover act.
When to create an act
- handing spare parts or products to the customer
- swapping / installing equipment and needing proof
- office wants an invoice or stock movement from the act

Technician: act from a work sheet (recommended)
- Worker terminal → My works → open the sheet.
- Tap Create handover act.
- Check giver and recipient (customer contact).
- Add product — lines and quantities.
- Set handover date.
- Signatures: tap giver (you can use Settings → My signature), then recipient (customer).
- Tap Complete act.
- Optionally Download PDF or Send to customer.
- Office may later tap Invoice.
Office: act from the register
- Acts → New handover act.
- Link customer / sheet if needed.
- Fill lines and signatures as above.
- Complete act → Invoice / Send to customer.
If Acts copy email is set in manager settings, a copy always goes there when emailing the customer.
Stock and invoice
- Completing may update warehouse (e.g. delivery note) — depends on setup.
- Invoice creates a sales invoice from act lines.
- Separate from work / sheet invoicing.
