A work sheet is the technician’s document under one work: times, materials, equipment, description, photos, mileage and signatures.
Office register: Field service → Work sheets
Technician: Worker terminal → My works → open a row
Lead technician on the sheet
When a work has several sheets, one is marked lead.
- The lead sheet has I am on site and the customer signature.
- Other sheets do not use check-in; helpers fill their content and submit their own sheet.
- Helper clock times must stay inside the lead’s time window.
If you should be lead but I am on site is missing: ask office to tick Lead on your row on the work.
Full on-site guide: Worker terminal.
Setting the lead: Works.
